Kyung Woo Park, MD
Co-Founder & Chairman
Dr. Park is a leading neurosurgeon in Seoul, Korea. He is also the founder and owner of the Kwanghye Hospital. Dr. Park has dedicated his life to finding transformative solutions to the problems he identified with modern surgical techniques decades ago. Through innovation, he seeks to bring functionally restorative spinal therapies to the United States market and beyond.
Dr. Park holds numerous patents for spinal devices in the United States and around the world. In addition, he obtained regulatory clearance of several spinal innovations in Korea. As a result, Dr. Park was able to treat thousands of patients with his PLEF and ApostureFlex innovations.

John was a trial attorney for 25 years before co-founding Aposture Surgical with Dr. Park. As a trial attorney, John counseled global corporations in their most complex, bet-the-company matters. He achieved significant victories, including, in jury trials (In re: TFT-LCD Antitrust Litigation on behalf of Toshiba Corporation); appeals (In re: Humira Antitrust Litigation on behalf of Samsung Bioepis); and dismissals on the pleadings (Mississippi Supreme Court’s landmark decision in State ex rel. Fitch v. Yazaki, et al., 294 So. 3d 1178, on behalf of Furukawa Electric Company). From 2016-2023, John was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America (Antitrust Law).
John began his career as a Trial Attorney in the Attorney General’s Honors Program, United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, working on merger, collusion, and grand jury investigations. John also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor Marrero in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and a law clerk to the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. John was an attorney at White & Case LLP as an associate (2003-2010) and then as a partner (2010-2023).
